The goal is to combat labor market crime and promote fair competition in the construction industry. It includes specific conditions for financing, with requirements for control systems and reporting.
An important part of this is the ability to monitor subcontractors at all levels to ensure that suppliers meet the requirements and guidelines established by the initiative. The conditions include requirements for control systems and project reports, mandatory pre-registration, ensuring that all subcontractors pay Swedish F-tax and employer contributions, and have no outstanding debts with the Swedish Enforcement Authority.
