Who can help me access or remove a site I never visit in Blastmanager?
The Super User is the one who manages this under site administration (both granting and removing access).
What is a Super User?
A Super User is a privileged user who can manage other users and configure company settings. The Super User does not have access to legal documents (such as rescue plans or blasting plans).
Is it possible to create drilling reports that meet regulatory requirements?
Yes, it is possible. Add operations to the project, create a drilling and rescue plan, and have drillers download the Drill app from Google Play or the App Store to enter accurate hole data.
Why are there prices listed for certain items in the financial report?
To include product costs in the financial report, you must first create a price list. This price list must be valid for the entire duration of the project and must contain prices for each of the products used. In the project properties, you also need to select which price list will be applied for the current project.
Why do I get the wrong company?
In Blastmanager, you can access multiple users. A user consists of a role (e.g., rock blaster, supervisor, blasting manager) and a company. You can easily switch between different users by clicking on your name at the top right.
Why is the date shown in red in certain places in the project?
Because there has been a change since the last time there was a login.
