Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to be able to use Infobric Fleet IoT:system (Ease Fleet). Categories of data that is processed in the Infobric IoT system is contact information, trip information and user logs.

Location services together with Bluetooth are being used for tool tracking by detecting BLE beacons in the background and when the application is active. This only applies when our service for tool tracking is purchased and activated. The Tool tracking service entails that a tool is equipped with a BLE beacon and when the application detects a beacon we identify the tool and use the mobile devices location as the tools location. The information along with user id is sent to Inforbric Fleet servers and processed for usage of the Tool tracking services on other devices and in the web application. Access to the data is restricted to authorized users according to Infobric:s general privacy policy, data processing agreement and general or specific terms and conditions.

Location services are also used to show the mobile device’s position on a map along with your vehicle, this data is used only locally on the device.

Phone/Call is used to call customer service if needed.
